Spring Season information

RFYS has shifted some of our divisions for this Spring. We are offering the following divisions: U7 (K and 1st grade); U9 (2nd and 3rd grade); U12 (4th, 5th and 6th grade and U14 (7th and 8th grade).

For U7, U9 and U12, we will have separate boys’ and girls’ divisions and play all of our games in River Forest.

For U14, we will play co-ed in a league run by Forest Park Youth Soccer and most, if not all, of the games will be played on the turf field on Harrison in Forest Park.

It is our goal for U7 to U12 to offer 8 weeks of Sunday afternoon games. For these divisions, there are no practices, just games. In order to get 8 weeks of Sunday games in, we are forced to play games on Easter Sunday and Mother's Day this year.

For U14, we are waiting for more information from Forest Park Youth Soccer but it appears that games will start the week of April 1st until the beginning of June for the regular season with playoffs ending around June 8th. Games are targeted for Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays however it is possible for early weekday games as well.

For 5th and 6th graders, we will also offer a chance for you to play on a second team that will join the Forest Park U12 co-ed league.

Registration closes today February 15th. We will accept some late registrations if there is space available and with expensive late fees.
